Consultation

Service Description

New client consults are required. New loc start clients are required to book this (online booking is available if you're out of town) Clients that have existing Locs that I have never done are required to book a consultation also. If it has been more than 8 month since I have serviced you a new consultation is required. This is a full assessment of hair health, scalp health and a plan to achieve healthy Locs. Come prepared with any questions you may have, a list of any medications or any concerns. Deposits are REQUIRED when you come in so please have your card or cash readily available. Appointments will not be booked without a deposit.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours are required to cancel an appointment. Anything under 24 hours will result in a FULL PRICE of the intended service fee. No-Show fees are full price of your service. Late fees - If you are late you will not be serviced. Anything over the exact time of your appointment will result in a no show fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date within 24 hours of booking.
