Cancellation Policy

24 hours are required to cancel an appointment. Anything under 24 hours will result in a full price of service fee. 2 consecutive cancellations will result in you not being able to book future appointments. No-Show fees are full price of your service. Late fees - If you are late you will not be serviced. Anything over the exact time of your appointment will result in a no show fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date within 24 hours of booking.
